What Kare.to processes, why, and how to ask for removal.
We store your email, your orders and the report links you bought, and payment status from Stripe (we never see card numbers). We email you only about your orders and sign-in links. Delete your account by writing to privacy@kare.to; we remove your orders within 7 days, keeping only invoice records the law requires.
Reports are built from content the creator published publicly — profile pages, posts, captions, public comments, news coverage — and, for Vietnam, from Kompa's licensed social-listening archive. We do not access private accounts, messages or paid data brokers. Reports assess brand-safety risk for a prospective commercial relationship; they are not credit, employment or legal determinations.
If you are the creator: you may request a copy of the report about you, correction of factual errors, or removal of a report from Kare.to at privacy@kare.to. We answer within 14 days. Human-reviewed reports carry the reviewer's decision history so that disputed flags can be re-examined.
Application data is stored on servers operated for Kompa (Kompa Group Corporation, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam) in Canada and Vietnam. Processors: Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Cloudflare (delivery). No advertising trackers; no data sale.
